His background is in theatrical scenic design and fine art. He earned a BFA in Theatre Design & Production from the University of Cincinnati’s College-Conservatory of Music, where he was trained to think in three dimensions—balancing creativity, logistics, deadlines, and large-scale execution simultaneously. Over the years, his work has ranged from large-scale public art to theatrical production and experiential installations. He has contributed to numerous city murals through ArtWorks Cincinnati, collaborated on installations with Cincinnati Pride, designed scenic environments for theatres across Ohio, auctioned multiple original paintings that have raised thousands of dollars for charities, and worked as a Production and Art Department Assistant on a major Warner Bros. motion picture.

Outside of agency work, Noam also trains in aerial silks and works as a group fitness instructor — disciplines rooted in consistency, control, adaptability, and performance under pressure. The overlap is not accidental. Whether in creative operations, movement, or design, the throughline is the same: discipline refined into precision.

He joined W.Bradford as Project Success Manager in 2025 before expanding into the same role at AMBI, helping lead creative operations, systems, timelines, and cross-functional execution across both agencies.

Clients do not always meet Noam directly. They meet his work: deadlines that hold, communication that is clear, projects that close clean. That is not luck. That is a craftsman running operations like a production.
