Your dedicated folder is created and shared. This is where all work lives.

We operate from a single system to eliminate version confusion and keep momentum intact.

Self-guided onboarding

You move through onboarding within a defined structure.

This includes:

  • Completing the onboarding questionnaire
  • Uploading relevant materials and context
  • Reviewing initial documents
  • Scheduling your exploration call

We keep this asynchronous by design. It allows us to use live time where it matters most.

Exploration call (2 hours)

This is where alignment becomes direction.

We use this session to:

  • Pressure test goals and priorities
  • Align on positioning and narrative direction
  • Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities
  • Define the path forward

By the end, we are not exploring. We are aligned.
