Becca runs creative at W.Bradford. She is the standard against which every visual asset is measured before it ships, and the agency’s reputation for work that simply feels right is, at the operational level, hers to defend.

Her path is unusual and it tells the story. A BBA in marketing from Boise State. Coached high school tennis in Idaho. Five years in digital marketing across the Tampa Bay area, building fluency in brand, audience, and the gap between the two. She joined W.Bradford in 2022 as Senior Designer and has led creative design across W.Bradford and AMBI since 2023. She works remote from Idaho. The work travels.

Her conviction is that aesthetics is a discipline, not a mood. The difference between a brand that looks composed and a brand that is composed: every detail in conversation with the others, nothing arbitrary, nothing borrowed, nothing decorative. Travel is where her creative instincts get sharpened. She paraglided the Swiss Alps. Hotel Xcaret Arte permanently raised her standard for what a designed environment can do. She collects experiences over objects, and she collects them deliberately because the best creative reference isn’t a mood board, it’s a memory. At home in Idaho, she recharges with her husband, two boys, and two dogs. That same instinct walks through every brand she touches. If something does not earn its place, she does not keep it.
