Rachel is the editorial conscience of the agency. She comes in on the projects that need a real voice, the kind of voice that cannot be faked, and she leaves the work better than she found it.
Her credentials are not the usual marketing credentials. She has a BFA in Product Design from Otis College of Art and Design. She is a competitive equestrian who rode and competed for years. She has also logged flight hours toward a helicopter pilot’s license, which tells you something about her relationship with adventure, risk, and precision. She is an Independent Creative Director with a decade running her own studio, 9045 & Co., out of Miami, plus a parallel practice as Creative Director for The Real Bonne Vivante, a travel media studio producing cinematic editorial for boutique hotels and design brands. She was Principal Creative Director at W.Bradford for five years and remains a Strategic and Creative Consultant. Her work moves between luxury hospitality, lifestyle, and design, and her instinct comes from somewhere most strategists never go.
She thinks about travel as architecture. She studies etiquette as strategy, because polish is what makes substance land. She introduced “barefoot luxury” to the team’s vocabulary, which is also the most accurate description of how she works: rigorous, precise, always intentional.
